Cynthia L. Meyer, 68 of North Lawrence, died Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Aultman Hospital. She was born November 6, 1949 in Akron to the late Ellsworth and Ella (Franks) Smith. She started working for Ohio Bell when she was 17 years old and stayed with the company through name changes of SBC, Ameritech and finally AT&T, where she retired from after 40 years of service in 2008

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Smith and sister, Loretta Marochino; Survivors include sister, Kay Brulo; many nieces and nephews and friend, Kelly Morber.

A Memorial Service will be held, SATURDAY, December 9, 2017, 11:30am, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Friends may call from 10:30am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials in Cynthia's name can be made to the Humane Society of Stark Co., P.O. Box 7077, Canton, Ohio 44705.
