June M. Wennerstrom
June Wennerstrom passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2012, after a year-long battle with breast cancer. She was born in Valparaiso, in her beloved Chile on July 25, 1940, the daughter of James and Sara Maxwell. June is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerald; son, Christopher (Amy); grandsons Hunter, Braden, Kaleb; son Brian (Marnita); grandsons Alexander, Ethan, Trey and Carson with granddaughter Kylie June due in May; brother, Charlie Maxwell; and sister, Pamela (Lionel) Maidment. A memorial service will be held at the Manchester United Methodist Church, 5625 Manchester Road, Akron,OH 44319 on SATURDAY, JANUARY 21, 2012 at 3:30 p.m., Pastor Dale Gharky officiating. Calling hours for family and friends will be at the CHURCH SATURDAY from 2:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the Manchester United Methodist Church Vision Fund.
