I talked to Bill about three weeks ago at J&J Restaurant. He was upbeat and happy go lucky as always. I have known Bill since the 50's when we lived on Barber Road. We went hunting and fishing all the time together. We were best of friends, never having any disagreements. That's what you call a true friend. I have known Bill and Sandy's family and both families were very special to me. So sorry for your lose Sandy. This was so heartbreaking.
