Wilma Jean (Snyder) Hardgrove, 80 of North Lawrence died Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Wilma was born October 7, 1937 to the late Harry E. and Thelma Snyder and was a 1955 graduate of Northwest High School. She was a member of Canal Fulton United Methodist Church, the Canal Fulton Heritage Society, Hugs and Stitches and had retired from Echoing Ridge as the Dietary Manager. Wilma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and was helpful to many people in the community. Wilma was known for her many acts of kindness and doing for others. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Helen, Maxine and Louise and her brother, Glenn. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Marvin Hardgrove; children, Todd (Becky) Hardgrove, Beth (Gary) Holderbaum and Kelli (Kevin) McGrew; grandchild, Zachary (Julianne) Medure and great granddaughter, Rozlynn Medure.
Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, 11:00am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Rev. Craig Hewitt, her nephew, officiating. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, 4pm to 7pm at the funeral home and Saturday 10am to 11am.
