Alan E. Yingling, 83 of Canal Fulton, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from a broken heart and health complications just 5 days after the passing of his wife of 58 years, Janet M. Yingling.  

Visitation will be held SUNDAY, August, 2, 2026 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St E (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton.

Mass of Christian Burial MONDAY, 10:00am at Saints Philip and James Catholic Church, 412 N. High St, Canal Fulton with Fr. John Sheridan presiding. A luncheon will immediately follow the mass in the church social hall. After the luncheon a procession will form to take Janet and Alan to their final resting place together at Sunset Hills Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Luke19 at www.luke19.org or Saints Philip and James Catholic Church Capital Campaign to honor the legacy of Janet and Alan.
