Alfred August Tesch II, 56, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born December 20, 1966 in Orrville and had been a Canal Fulton/Massillon area resident all his life. Al was a long time employee and friend of Fitz Dunne, doing lawn care and tree maintenance for Lawn Dunne. He loved muscle cars, dirt bikes and mowing grass. Most importantly he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Tesch. Al is survived by his mother, Linda Simon; step-dad, Ray Simon; son, Alfred (Andrea Tomczak) Tesch III; sisters, Edra (Steve) Wetzel and Shelly (Jim Hilliard) Ketler; grandson, Leighton Tesch; nieces and nephews, Jodie (Chris) Bragg, James (Steph) Normile, Nicole (Rick Sanatore) Ketler, Anthony (Samantha) Jute, Caitlyn (Dustin Mohedano) Hilliard, Emily (Klay) Moll and Abby Hilliard; great nieces and nephews, Cierra, Hadley, Leland, Brooklyn, Aliyah, AJ, Samuel, Dominic and Millie Mae; beloved cat, Bootsie. Visitation will be held FRIDAY, December 15, 2023, 5pm to 7pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton.
