Barbara Dugan, 88, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Barbara was born in Pike County, Kentucky, on October 9, 1932.  Barbara was a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1949, where she was Homecoming Queen. A resident of Millersburg, Ohio for over 40 years, Barbara's interests included reading; gardening; cooking; classical movies; and sports - in particular, West Holmes High School; the Cleveland Indians; and the Cleveland Browns. Preceded in death by her parents, Dewey B. Matney and Fannie E. (Flanary) Matney; sister, Phyllis Matheny; and brothers, Alton M. Matney, Sherwin R. Matney, and Gary H. Matney, Barbara is survived by her husband of 66 years, William V. Dugan, of Millersburg, Ohio; son, William J. Dugan, of Fairview Park, Ohio; and daughter, Deanna Dugan, of Berea Ohio.  She is also survived by her brother, Harold Matney, of Medina, Ohio; sister-in-law, Lois (Rouch) Matney, of Barberton, Ohio; and numerous nephews and nieces. Private services were held for the family.
