Betty Lou Judge, 68 of Canal Fulton, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Born January 10, 1958 in St. Mary’s, WV to the late Paul and Bessie Shanabarger; she worked for over 44 years in the nursing field. Betty worked as a nurse’s aide and then as an RN for numerous facilities throughout West Virginia and Ohio. She loved thirfting with her friend Flo; riding motorcycles with her husband Tom, watching horror movies; taking trips with her siblings and spoiling her dogs. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Judge; siblings, Darlene Francis, Howard Francis, Junior Francis, Pearl Francis, Geneva Shanabarger and Pauline Shanabarger. Betty is survived by her daughter, Shena (Chuck) Rinehart; grandson, Clay Jobes; siblings, Shirley (Harry) Kutcher, Robert (MaryAnn) Francis, Paul (Jody) Shanabarger, Charles (Tonya) Shanabarger, Sherri Sue (Dave) Waligura and Carrie Tennant Pyles; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, February 17, 2026, 12:30pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Calling Hours Monday, 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home.
