Elaine Kelley, 96, passed away on June 4, 2026, in Pensacola, Florida.
Born Betty Elaine Woodall on June 18, 1929, in Akron, Ohio, Elaine lived a life grounded in faith, family, and joy. She loved the Lord, cherished her family, and had a gift for making people laugh. Her sense of humor, warm spirit, and steadfast love left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
Elaine married Cecil Ray Kelley in 1951, and together they had four children. She devoted herself to her family and took great pride in watching it grow through the generations.
She is survived by her children, David Kelley, Suzanne Cornejo, and Robert Kelley (Denna); six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Ray Kelley, her daughter, Debra Justice; her granddaughter, Ana Maria Cornejo and her great-grandson, Kyle Maksim
Elaine’s greatest joys were her faith, her family, and the laughter she shared with others. Whether through a joke, a story, or simply her presence, she had a way of bringing lightness and comfort to those around her.
The family finds comfort in knowing that Elaine’s faith sustained her throughout her life and that she is now at peace with her Lord and Savior.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 13 at 12:30 pm at Canal Fulton Union Cemetery, W. Market St., Canal Fulton, OH.
