Obituary


Billy L. Craddock, 93 of Canal Fulton died Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Billy was born in Altizer, West Virginia, was a resident of Canal Fulton for 42 years and retired in 1980 from Seiberling/Firestone Tire and Rubber Co He was a member of United Fellowship Club, VFW #3124, Massillon, Seiberling Tire and Rubber Retirees and served in the Army during World War II, being stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii. Billy had three years service with the CCC as a youngman and worked for Don Brown and Courtesy World dealerships as a courier until 2003. He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther and son, Steve. five sisters and 2 brothers. Billy is survived by his sons, William David (Younga) Craddock of Indianapolis, Indiana and Michael James Craddock of Canal Fulton. Daughters, Elizabeth ("Lizz') Vinson of Canal Fulton and Dawn (Scott) Burgin. Daughter-in-law, Sharon, Seven Grandchildren, Funeral Service FRIDAY 11 am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton). Burial with Military Honors by VFW #9795 at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY from 10:30 am until time of the service.
