Candace Louise Harbaugh, 70 of Kenmore, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021. She was born on February 14, 1951 to the late John and Betty (Mawk) Arter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Charles Harbaugh and grandson, Aaron Robert Friend. Candace is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Owen) Friend; son, Troy Harbaugh and grandson, Brandon (Amanda) Friend. Per the family's wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
