Charles "Chuck" Messmore 87 of Massillon passed away on December 22, 2022. Born February 18, 1935 in Wooster to the late Earl and Esther Messmore, Chuck was a veteran of the US Army. He was a very kind and humble soul that enjoyed being an avid reader and sports historian for high school sports from both Wooster and later the Massillon Tigers. Chuck is survived by his wife Rebekah  from the Mansfield area. The couple retired to the Stark County area where he enjoyed time with his friends, his wife and his cats. Per the family's wishes, cremation has taken place. Services are pending.
