Obituary
Charles E. Withrow, 89 of New Franklin, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 at Summa Akron City Hospital. He was born September 30, 1930 in Charleston, WV to the late William Cecil and Letha (Skaggs) Withrow. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Lenora (McClung) Withrow; children, Carolyn Gregg, Michael Withrow and John Withrow; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Mike, Connor, Abby, Rachael and Nathen. A Graveside Service will be held SUNDAY, November 17, 2019, 2:00pm at Steele Cemetery, Rich Creek, WV.
