Clarence W. Carr Sr., 79, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 22, 2024. He was born April 20, 1946 in Bowden, WV to the late Ira and Florence (Summerfield) Carr. Clarence retired from Akron Dispersions with over 40 years of service and was a founding member of Victory Fellowship Church in Barberton. He enjoyed hunting, gardening and most importantly spending time with his family. He loved his family immensely and would do anything for them.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Carr; siblings, Ressie Carr, Pearl Armstrong, Orval Carr, Earnest Carr, Virginia White, Gerald Carr, Hancel Carr, Vallie Odum, Albert "Pete" Carr, Richard Carr and Barbara Akright. Clarence is survived by his children, Butch (Renee) Carr, Terry (Julie) Carr, Karen Greer, Trish (Terry) Bucey and Krista Carr; grandchildren, Robert Gorsuch, Travis Johnson, Caitlin Johnson, Vivian Johnson, Terra DeWalt, Jaime McNeely, Jenna (Josh) Frame, Jacob Carr, Jonah Carr, Kyle (Katie) Greer and Briana Greer; five great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; siblings, Keith Carr, Bonnie White, Janet Fox, Evelyn Sipe, Neil Carr and Doyle Carr; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held MONDAY, April 28, 2025, 1:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Clinton Cemetery. Visitation 11:00am to 1:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
