Dale H. Mathie, 93 of the City Of Green died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, following a brief illness.  Dale was born June 12, 1925 in Massillon, Ohio to the late Clyde and Sylvia (Stark) Mathie.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and a retired machinist.  In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Mathie; son, Dale H. Mathie, II; son-in-law, Bryan Lease and brother, Walt M. Mathie.   He is survived by his daughter, Dalene (Mathie) Lease; grandchildren, Shannon Loy, Bryan Lease and Sean Lease; great grandchildren, Aidan Riley Loy and Gillian Alease Loy; sister, Lorene Kozar. Private services were held at the convenience of the family with no public calling hours.  Cremation has taken place.
