Dale E. Williams, 84 of Canal Fulton died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010. Dale was born in Braman, Oklahoma on Jan. 5, 1926 to the late Park and May Williams. He was an Army veteran of World War II and had retired from Seiberling Tire and Rubber in 1982 and from the Northwest Local School Distirict in 1991. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Elsie M. Williams in 1997. He is survived by: his daughter, Barbara A. Williams his son, Bruce A.
