Daryl R. Ellis, 50 of Canal Fulton, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021. Born on December 8, 1970 in Martinsville, VA, he had been an area resident the majority of his life. Daryl was a talented self-employed tile designer and installer. He was very skilled as a chassis builder and car enthusiast. Daryl was a jack of all trades who could build anything out of nothing and he would do anything for anybody. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Ellis and twin brother, Duane. Daryl is survived by his wife of 18 years, Tonya (Reese) Ellis; children, Derrick (Shawna) Reese, Miles Reese and Olivia Ellis; grandchildren, Chase and Tucker; mother, Eva Joann (Vito) Caravito; brothers, Russell (Anne) Stowe, Robert (Donna) Stowe, Jeffrey (Amy) Stowe and Tony (Karen) Stowe; sister, Rosemary (William) Miller; numerous nieces and nephews. Private Services were held for the family. A Celebration of Life will take place at a future date.
