David P. Hathaway, 79 of Fairlawn died Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Rose Lane Health Care Center. He served in the US Army as a Paratrooper with the #508 and retired from Ford Motor Company. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret V. Hathaway; one brother and one sister. He is survived by his children, Charisse Pflueger of Akron; Stephen Hathaway of Williamsburg, Virginia; Linda Gougler of Jackson Township and Jill Jarvis of Leesburg, Kansas; 13 Grandchildren and one sister.

A Memorial Service will be held , 12 Noon, SATURDAY,July 9th at RiverTree Christian Church, 7373 Portage Street NW. (Jackson Twp.) Massillon, OH 44646 with Clifford Price officiating. Family will receive friends at the church from 11 a.m. until service time.
