Derek Micheal Robey, 22 of Clinton died unexpectedly Saturday, April 21, 2012. Derek was born in Akron and was a graduate of Northwest High School. He was employed as a machinist at VRC, Inc. of Berea, Ohio. Derek lit up the room when he walked in it ! He had a great smile and a charming personality. He had a lot of friends. Besides his brother, Dallas, he had a best friend, Paul Lund, whom he loved dearly ! He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Steve Eremich; Grandma & Grandpa Robey, Uncle Dallas Robey; cousin little Gary Eremich. He is survived by his mother, Linda (Bob LaSalle); father, Keith; brother, Dallas of Akron; grandma, Nancy Police; aunts, Becky "Teta" (Ken Carroll) Eremich; Donna (David) Joseph; Terry (Greg) Brown and Diane Bennett; uncles, Gary Eremich and Jimmy Eremich; cousins, Dylan & Drew Joseph, Sara Eremich and Colin and Elizabeth Bennett. Derek's family would like to thank his friends and the employees of VRC. They did a lot for him and his brother, Dallas and Linda would like to thank her family at Styles that Glitter for always supporting her and both of her sons. Thank You ! Funeral Service FRIDAY 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Sandra Hutchinson officiating Burial Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
