Donald "Don" T. Torrie, 78 of Jackson Twp, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, January 28, 2018 surrounded by his family. Born on October 18, 1939 in Caretta, WV to the late Paul and Ruby (Williams) Torrie, he had been a Jackson Twp. resident for the past 32 years and retired from the Babcock and Wilcox Construction Co. after 15 years of service. Don loved auto racing and golfing. Don is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Susan (Treadway) Torrie; children, Timothy Torrie, Donna Torrie and James (Shadow) Torrie; grandchildren, Alex, Stephanie (Brent), Donald; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Jocylen, Amelia; brother James (Bernice) Tori and sister, Marie Torrie.

Funeral Services will be held WEDNESDAY, 11am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton; son Timothy Torrie, officiating. Burial at St. Jacob Mudbrook Cemetery, Jackson Twp. Friends may call ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time.
