Donna F. Thomas, 82, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022.  She was born November 8, 1939 in Minerva to the late John and Marcella (Summer) Carson. Donna was a licensed beautician and managed rental properties. She absolutely loved playing slot machines in any casino she could get to. She also loved fishing, especially perch fishing on Lake Erie. Donna's greatest love was her children and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brad of Damascus; daughter-in-law, Diane and sister, Janice Hahn. Donna is survived by her sons, Jeff (Maryann) of Longview, TX, Greg of Vernon, CT and Brian of Canal Fulton; grandchildren, Abigail and Owen Thomas, Heather, Scott and Rachel Thomas, Ryan and Anna Thomas; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Per her wishes cremation has taken place. A Private Family Memorial will be held at a later date. She fought Parkinson's and Dementia for her final years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
