Donna M. Hammer, 74 of Canal Fulton, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Hammer and is survived by her sons, Mark (Victoria), Scott (Tracy), Mike(Shannon) and Christopher and five grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held MONDAY, April 18, 2016, 7pm, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Rev. Rod Grabski, officiating, followed by a celebration of life at the Portage Lakes Eagles, 5899 Manchester Rd, New Franklin. Friends may call MONDAY from 5pm to 7pm at the funeral home. Final resting place Manchester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials in Donna's name can be made to St. Judes Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
