Edna M. Hamrick, 88, formerly of North Lawrence died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Shady Lawn Nursing Home, She was born in Harrison County, West Virginia on August 17, 1923 to the late Vinnie (Chapman) and Byrne Taylor and married Thomas Woodrow Hamrick on March 17, 1947 in Clay, West Virginia and he preceded her in death on June 22, 2003. Also preceded in death by her brothers, Cecil Taylor, Clarence Taylor and Hollie Taylor; sisters, Daisy Wood and Dorothy Friend, she is survived by her son, Donald Hamrick of Orrville; daughters, Patricia (James) Salensky of Louisville, Linda (Frank) Fano of Cadiz, Rosetta (Dave) Nicholas of Navarre and Violet Kay Beresh of Cuyahoga Falls; 11 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren and one great, great grandchild and sisters, Madeline Osburn and Elizabeth (John) Acree, nieces and nephews. Funeral Service SATURDAY, 1:00 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry Street (Rt.93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Thomas Fryman officiating. Burial Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call SATURDAY one hour prior to time of services at the funeral home.
