Esther Anne Wittman, age 82; passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 22, 2024 after a short illness. Esther was a proud registered nurse who served Massillon and the surrounding areas for 42 years. Her life revolved around her beloved children, grandchildren, and the farm they resided on in Lawrence Township that has been in their family for over 82 years. She loved vacationing with her family, especially during their numerous trips to Myrtle Beach. She was an avid animal lover who cared greatly for many farm animals throughout her life. Esther was a devout catholic who's faith was very important to her. She was loved and will be greatly missed. Esther was preceded in death by her parents the late James and Esther Weinrich. She is survived by her loving husband Bill Wittman, her beloved children Deanna (Tim), David, and Chris (Tiffanie); and cherished grandchildren Zachary, Rylee, and Chris "Bud". Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Sts Peter and Paul Church, 161 W Clinton St, Doylestown, OH 44230 at 11:00 a.m. (Please Meet at the Church) Visitation will be held WEDNESDAY, August 28, 2024, 6pm to 8pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery.
