Evelyn Jean Neil, 81 of North Lawrence passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 at her home. Evelyn was born November 4, 1936 in Canton to the late Willis and Velma (Tesch) Singer. She was a life resident of North Lawrence and with her husband, Bud, they operated Spud's Bar and she was also a bus driver for Tuslaw Schools for 40 years. She attended Chapel of the Cross UMC and enjoyed bowling, gardening, going to the casino and especially her grandchildren and her beloved dog "Champ". In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Manford "Bud" Neil and is survived by her children, Kim Jenkins, Karen Bing, Cindy (Joe) Madzia, Fred Neil, Lisa (Scott) Eggenschwiler, Allen Neil and Kenny Neil; 15 grandchildren, 5 great, grandchildren; brothers, Tom (Helen) Singer, Jerry (Shirley) Singer; sister, Kathy Mohler; nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral Service SATURDAY, 11:00 am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. East (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton with Pastor Bob Mitchell officiating.
