Evelyn K. Neri, 86 of Canal Fulton, Ohio passed away peacefully Saturday, December 5, 2020. Born on November 16, 1934 in Cookeville, Tennessee to the late James H. and Lenny E. Watson, Evelyn had been an Akron/Canton area resident most of her life. Evelyn was a retired teacher from the Akron Public Schools, Head Start Program. As all that knew her could attest, Evelyn's smile could light up a room, and the warmth of her loving personality melt your heart.

Evelyn loved to read, cook, garden and go fishing with her late husband Jim. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband James (Jim) Neri; brothers James, Kenneth and Glen; and sister Hilda (Libby). She is survived by her daughter Jemmi Boso, and son Andy (Vickie) Neri; grandchildren Jennifer (Dan) Prexta, Amanda (Steve) Lloyd, and Collin and Alexis Neri; great grandchildren Alex, Joey and Delanie Prexta, and Ava and Quinn Lloyd.

A memorial and burial service will be scheduled at a later time during the early spring of 2021.
