Frank M. Copen, 79 of Canal Fulton, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021. He was born February 20, 1942 in Barberton to the late Brace and Blanche (Edwards) Copen and had been a Barberton/Canal Fulton area resident all of his life. Frank graduate from Barberton High School and retired from Goodyear Aerospace after 33 years of service. He was a devote Christian and faithfully attended the Prayer House. He was an avid shooter, car enthusiast but especially loved the time he spent with his family. Frank had a quick wit, compassionate heart and a kind spirit. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 11 siblings. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ruth (Dillon) Copen; children, Frank (Catherine) Copen, Sherry (Robert) Pauley; Curtis (Lavina) Copen, Sonia (David) Shultz; grandchildren, Jeremiah Pauley, Jessica (Aaron) Lucero, Preston Copen, Heather Copen, Tyler, Jordan and Shanoah Shultz; great-granddaughter, Meelah Lucero; numerous nieces and nephews. Private Funeral Services held at the convenience of the family.
