Gerald "Buck" Kiefer, 88, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was born March 20, 1933 in Massillon to the late William and Guelda (Arnold) Kiefer. Buck was an old car enthusiast; he especially loved the Model A. He also enjoyed racing stock cars, watching NASCAR and traveling across the United States on his motorcycle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Rick Kiefer. Buck is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Lorene (DeWalt); son, Mike (Terry Reniner) Kiefer; grandchildren, Mike (Katie) Kiefer, Shannon (Tim) Park, Jodi (Jared) Gruca and Heidi Kiefer; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Zackery, Karen Focht and brother, Bill Kiefer. Visitation for family and friends will be held SATURDAY, October 16, 2021, 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. A brief memorial service will follow the visitation.
