Glenda Mae Ellis, 91, died Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Allay Senior Care. She was born September 8, 1925 in Fort Collins, Colorado to the late Merlin and Elsie (Rowe) Grove and was a retired employee of the Babcock & Wilcox Co. The family would like to thank Allay Senior Living for making Mom's last days so comfortable. Preceded in death by her husband, Edgar W. Ellis and son, Michael Ellis; she is survived by son, Larry (Bonnie) Ellis; Six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held WEDNESDAY 6:00 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry Street East (Rte. 93) Canal Fulton with Allen Richardson, officiating and where the family will receive friends WEDNESDAY 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Final resting place will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Following the memorial service, there will be a time of fellowship at the Forest Trail Social Club, 9271 Shady Trail St. NW, Massillon, OH 44647.
