Glenn A. Brown, Jr. passed away September 19, 2026 at home, surrounded by his family after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Glenn was born on May 25th, 1952 in Asheville, NC. He was a painter by trade and worked for Chrysler at the Twinsburg Stamping Plant, retiring in 2009 after nearly 25 years of service. Glenn loved westerns, horses, classic cars and classic country music. Most of all, he loved his family and he worked tirelessly to give them a wonderful life.

Glenn was preceded in death by the love of his life, Brenda, in 2012, his mother and stepfather, Edward and Marilyn Wolfe, his brother, Rodney “Mike” Brown, his sister, Debra Brown, and his father-in-law, William “Ed” Myers. He is survived by his children: Kari (Michael) Daly, Edward (Tara) Brown, Amanda Haviland, Michelle (Patrick) Rafferty, Theresa (Jonathan) Chandler; grandchildren: Taylor (Daniel) Kinder, Christopher “CJ” Johnson, Tyler West, Carter and Paitin Daly, Karmella and Cheyenne Brown, Elizabeth and John Franks; sisters, Valda McVaney and Cathy Holly; brother, Leon (Deborah) Wolfe; mother-in-law, Shelby Myers; special friend, Roy Kirwin; many loving nieces and nephews.

Very recently, Glenn accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. We believe that he was welcomed into heaven and that it is never too late to be forgiven of sins. Just as Jesus told the man next to him on the cross, “I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise” (Luke 23:43).

Funeral Services will be held FRIDAY, September 25, 2026, 12:00pm (Noon) at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Visitation ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time. Burial at Manchester Cemetery.
