G. Hazel Triplett, 91 of Canal Fulton went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015. Hazel was born on June 6, 1924 in Clay County, West Virginia and lived in the Canal Fulton area for over 60 years. She was a member of HighPoint Christian Church (formerly the Clinton First Church of Christ) and retired from the Clinton Post Office and V.E. Sandy Reality. Preceded in death by her husband Ben Triplett (1984), grandson, David Rex (1991), infant grandson Guyland McClaskey; three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by daughters, Gail (Don) Hare, Brenda (Dewayne) Greene and Mary (Ken) Downs; grandchildren, Rae Ann, Mitch, Dana, Carla, Beth, Joe, Colleen and Jan; 16 great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; sister, Tressie Adkins; nieces and nephews. Funeral service SATURDAY 11:00 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home (Rte. 93) Canal Fulton with Al Dangelo, officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home FRIDAY 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to time of service.
