Hilda Mae (Hahn) Schwendiman, 89, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 12, 2012. She was born July 9, 1923 in Massillon, Ohio, graduated from Massillon High School and worked at Akron General and Massillon City Hospitals. Hilda retired to Bender Woods community housing where she lived for two decades alongside of her dearest friend, Hazel Strohm. She was well loved and will be greatly missed. Hilda was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Paul and Robert Hahn; 3 sisters, Betty, Dodie and Louise. She is survived by a daughter, Deborah; two sons, Matthew (Elaine) Schwendiman and Herbert Lee (Gayle) Miller; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family with Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Burial Canal Fulton Cemetery.
