Howard Lee Dodrill, Sr., age 98 of Canal Fulton, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024. Howard was an avid NASCAR fan. He retired from Babcock and Wilcox after 30 years of service. Howard served in the United States Navy during World War II. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, wife Agnes (Jo-An), grandson Spencer Dodrill, and four brothers and three sisters. Howard is survived by his children, Howard L. Dodrill, Jr. (Pam), Debby Swoape, Dorsey Dale Dodrill (Jackie), Cathy Moore, as well as 14 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held THURSDAY, January 2, 2025, at 12 Noon at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Visitation ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time at the funeral home. Burial at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
