Jack R. Taylor, 81 of Canal Fulton, entered into eternal life on Monday, December 22, 2014. Born in Akron, he had been a life resident of the Akron area. Jack was a Veteran of the US Air Force, retired from Firestone with 30 years of service and entered the ministry in 1981, where his passion was serving senior citizens.

Preceded in death by parents Ollie and Fern and granddaughter Tiffany; brothers, James and Bob. Jack is survived by his wife of 60 years Glenda (Henderson) Taylor; children Reeda (George) Dunn, Cheryl (Tom) Lagana, Jeff (Nancy) Taylor and John Taylor; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held FRIDAY, December 26, 2014, 1:30pm, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Pastor Steve Thomas officiating. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY from 12:00 Noon to 1:30pm at the funeral home.
