James A. Wyzgoski, 75 of Jackson Twp, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016. Born in Pontiac, MI to the late Fred and Alvera (Jenkinson) Wyzgoski he had been a resident of Jackson Twp. for the past 40 years, retiring from Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. as the VP of Development. After retirement Jim was actively involved with his wife Faith at The Ohio State University Chemistry Department, Mansfield Campus.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Gerald (Jerry) and first wife, Helen. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Faith (Schweizer) Wyzgoski; daughters Susan (Robert) and Mary-Anne; stepsons Joe (Beth), Mark (Sachi); granddaughter Wendy (Jay) Wightman, who Jim raised like his daughter; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Phil (Gloria), Mike (Sandy) and Tom (Julie).

Funeral Services will be held TUESDAY, February 9, 2016, 1:00 PM, at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton, Fr. Kevin McCaffrey, Officiating. Friends may call MONDAY 5 PM to 7 PM and one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim's name can be made to the MS Society 6155 Rockside Rd., Suite 202, Independence, OH 44131.
