Janice M. Wells, 64 of Canal Fulton died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014. She was born March 21, 1950 in Massillon, was a graduate of Northwest High School Class of 1968 and retired from Yoder Brothers Barberton. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Lorna (Butler) Pitz; sister, Sherry L. Moke and her former husband and lifelong friend, Wesley Wells. She is survived by her children, Dennis Wells, David Wells, and Denise (Scott) Caruso; grandchildren, Tyler, Lexi, Maddie and Joey; sister, Luanne Everhart; nieces and nephews; stepmother, Mary Ellen Pitz.

Funeral service SATURDAY 3:00 p.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rte. 93, Canal Fulton) with Rev. Glen Shedlock, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home SATURDAY from 1p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes or Lifebanc.
