Jeanette Raper, 97, passed away Sunday January 29th 2023. She was born May 16th 1925 to Ida and Reuben Burwell and was a lifelong Canal Fulton resident. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her three children, Vernon Bolgrin; second husband, Robert Raper along with two sisters, Marjorie, Shirley and brother, Richard. She is survived by her children, Deborah, Eric, and Brett; sister, MaryLou and brother, Delbert. Cremation has taken place and a private graveside memorial will be held at Canal Fulton Cemetery.
