Jeffrey L. Starcher, 58 of Massillon died unexpectedly Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Aultman Massillon.  Jeffrey was born July 30,1961 in Calhoun County, West Virginia to the late Raymond and Merilee Ann (Smith) Starcher.  He was a 1981 graduate of Fairless High School, served in the U.S. Air Force for four years, was employed at Case Farms, Canton for the past 13 years and was previously at the Hoover Company.  Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Jennifer (Donze) Starcher; children, Ruth-Ann Kimble, Michael Starcher, Raymond Starcher and Laura Starcher;  four grandchildren and brother, Dale Starcher. A Celebration of Jeffrey's life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 2:00pm at 930 8th Street SW, Massillon, Oh
