John R Gregoric "Bob", 77, passed away on Feb 1st at his home in Canal Fulton. He was born in Akron in 1945 to the late John and Anna (nee Berger) Gregoric. Bob attended Akron South High School, and the University of Akron before being drafted into the U.S. Army in 1966.  He spent most of 1967 deployed to Day To, Vietnam before being honorable discharged in December 1967.  Upon the completion of his military service, Bob resumed his employment with Bridgestone/Firestone, and retired in 2006, after 42 years of service. In retirement, Bob enjoyed golfing, fishing, volunteerism, and spending time with those closest to him. Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathleen Gregoric (nee Lustig).  He is survived by his son, John Gregoric, Jr of Nashville, TN, daughter, Jennifer Banks of Decatur, IL, sister, Linda Coy of Macedonia, OH, as well as 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. A graveside service with military honors will be held FRIDAY, February 10, 2023, 1:15pm at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Seville, OH. Please meet at the cemetery by 1:00pm.
