John D. Howell, 54 of Canal Fulton went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012. John was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, had been a resident of the Akron area for the past 30 years and served in the US Army. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and riding his Harley and was a member of the Manchester Eagles. He is survived by his children, Christopher Howell, Melissa (Tony Heaton) Howell, Angelica (Seizar Youhana) Howell; Seven Grandchildren, Christina, Tyler, Trisha, Peyton, Amileigh, Ryleigh and Calli, who were the joys of his life; Companion, Debbie Lindsay; numerous brothers and sisters. Funeral Service SATURDAY, 11:00 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry Street, (Rt. 93, Canal Fulton) with Dave Dahlstein officiating and where friends may call SATURDAY from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
