Judy A. Blanc's Obituary
Judy (Hartsock) Blanc, 70 of Canal Fulton died Friday, January 23, 2015. She was born June 17, 1944 in Cumberland, Maryland. Preceded in death by her husband, Ed Casto, she is survived by her daughter, Susan (Norm Seiter) Franke of Cape Coral, Florida and granddaughter, Brittany Franke of Lancaster, Ohio. There will be No calling hours or public service. Cremation has taken place.
