Judy D. Allen, 79, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 10, 2024. Born August 30, 1944 in Barberton to the late Walter and Mary Olive Bogard, she was a devote Christian and was a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting, quilting, camping trips to her second home in Cooks Forest and going to the beach. Judy was selfless and always put others first. Above all she was proud of her children and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Allen Sr.; siblings, Newt, Gerald, Wes, Mel, Bertha, Mary, Grace and Margaret. Judy is survived by her children, Dale (Kellie) Allen Jr., Terrie Lea (Mike) Kimball, Michelle (Mark) Stewart, Doyle (Crystal) Allen and Becky (Garry) Byler; 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Stump and Jean McLaughlin.

Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, March 16, 2024, 1:00pm at the Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, 3819 Johnson Rd., Norton with Rev. Cecil Farmer officiating. Visitation Saturday, 11am-1pm prior to the service at the church. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron.
