Kathy E. Herold, 62 of Canal Fulton, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025 at her home. A life resident of Canal Fulton, she was born September 6, 1962 to the late Robert A. and Mary (Lones) Gwinn and graduated from Northwest High School. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially the time spent with her grandkids and socializing with many of her dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lou Collard; father-in-law, Charles Herold; brother-in-law Bobby Herold and sister-in-law, Mary Herold. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Dan Herold; sons, Jeff and Daniel R. (Samantha) Herold; grandchildren, Makenna, Tanner and Savanna; siblings, Robert P. Gwinn, Patricia (Jack) Hardie, Michelle (Charles) Mettler, Valerie (John) McKnight, Steve (Ganine) Gwinn and Mark (Beth) Gwinn;  mother-in-law, Barbara Herold; brothers-in-law, Charles S., Patrick (Tracie) and John (Michelle) Herold; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, January 18, 2025, 11:00am at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
