Kathy A. Witwer, 67 of New Franklin, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Born August 20, 1955 in Akron to the late Gladding "Punk" and Betty Lou (Sterbutzel) Miller, she had been an area resident all of her life and retired from the Summit County Educational Services Center. Kathy loved reading and most importantly spending time with her grandkids and family. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Dave Witwer; daughter, Terri Key; grandchildren, Tommy and Hailey Teater; brothers, Ron (Peggy) Miller and Lloyd (Jennifer) Miller; numerous nieces and nephews. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
