Larry Grant Simcox, 57 of Canal Fulton, passed away surrounded by family Friday, May 8, 2026. He was born April 20, 1969 and was a 1987 graduate of Northwest High School. Larry worked for many years in the manufacturing industry having worked for EB Wire, CEI, and JLG Industries to name a few.

Larry loved watching the Steelers, singing Elvis songs and his ’69 Camaro. He also enjoyed cooking, grilling and baking. Larry had a great sense of humor and was a known jokester. He was also a social member of the Canal Fulton VFW. Most importantly he loved spending time with family and friends.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Britnee Simcox (Justin); son, Larry “LJ” Simcox (Hannah); grandchildren, Paislie, Rylan, Lyric, Naomi and Hosea; mother and father, Gayle and Larry A. Simcox; sister, Shannon Simcox; nephew, Dallas Davis; great-nephews, Dawson and Grayson; and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held THURSDAY, May 14, 2026, 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Private family graveside service Friday at Canal Fulton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
