Lauren E. Kaufman, 16 of Canal Fulton, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, February 23, 2018. Born on January 15, 2002 in Canton she had been a Canal Fulton resident all of her life and was a sophomore at Northwest High School. Lauren loved painting, horseback riding and animals. Preceded in death by great-grandparents, Memaw and Pepaw Bendroth, George and Evelyn Kaufman, Roger and Muriel Murphy and Doris and Bud Carpenter; Lauren is survived by her parents, Drew and Julie Kaufman; brothers, Logan Kaufman and Christian Holmes; grandparents, John and Nancy Kaufman, Maureen and Steven Carpenter; aunts and uncles, Scott and Julie Carpenter, Eric and Amy Whittington; cousins, Jackson, Courtney, Tyler, Paige and Jake.
