Lindsay Lewis, age 43, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025. She was born April 3, 1982 to Tom and Debbie Lewis. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Shirley Siegenthaler, Harold and Catherine Lewis and brother, Chris Lewis. Lindsay is survived by her children, Zack Gainer (Alanea), Samantha Gainer (Logan), Austin Garland and Larissa Garland; granddaughter, Ellie Burgess; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

While Lindsay had her struggles she will live on through the good memories, and hope that she is finally at peace. So take them and remember them as a gift, a break from the sorrow and the pain.

Visitation MONDAY, July 21, 2025, 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St. E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7:30pm.
