Lois G. Walsh, 91 of Clinton died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at her home. Lois was born September 13,1922 in Canal Fulton to the late John and Nancy (Dantz) Arter. She was a life resident of the area, had worked at Chapel Hill Community and retired from B-Lovely Beauty Salon, where she was co-owner. Lois was lifelong member of the Clinton Church of the Nazarene. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Robert J. Walsh on July 16, 2013; son, Lynn Robert Walsh; brothers, Charles and John Arter; sisters, Bertha Witherow, Pearl Sense, Frances F. Dittmer and Bea Johnson. She is survived by daughter, Linda (Ron) Scarbrough of Marshallville; sons, Bruce (Sandi) Walsh of Avon and Roger (Carol) Walsh of Marshallville; Nine Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, Two Great Great Grandchildren, Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Funeral service THURSDAY 11:00 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 East Cherry Street (Rte. 93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Mark Daneen officiating. Burial will be at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home WEDNESDAY 5-7 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to time of service.
