Lucy A. Bailey, 82 of Canal Fulton, passed away Monday, October 26, 2026. She was born August 7, 1944 in Akron. Lucy was a 1964 graduate of Garfield High School and that same year married her high school sweetheart Edwin Paul Bailey at Hillwood Chapel.

Lucy was a member of Cottage Grove EC Church where she served as treasurer, taught Sunday School, volunteered for Vacation Bible School and sang in the choir. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, crafting, bowling and jigsaw puzzles. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Marie (Watkins) Frame; daughter, Laura Rose; grandson, Joseph Rose; nephew, William Frame; and brother, James Frame. She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years, Edwin Bailey; daughter Crystal (John) Bailey-Page; grandchildren, Kristin Rose, Michael Schmidt, Katelyn Rose, Carolyn Hutton, Carl Rose, James Page and Laura Page; great-grandchildren, Jake Foy, Piper Lockhart, Nora Hutton and Olive Hutton; sister, Lucia DeCresie and son-in-law, Dewey Rose.

Funeral Services will be held SATURDAY, October 31, 2026, 12:00pm at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 Cherry St E. (Rt. 93) Canal Fulton. Burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Visitation ONE HOUR PRIOR to service time at the funeral home.
