Margaret R. Everhart, 94 of Canal Fulton, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022. She was born December 8, 1927 at home in Canton to the late Frank and Mersaidia (Dakin) Wilson. Margaret was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. She was an avid reader, loved dogs and animals. Margaret loved going dancing with her husband, was devoted to her family and loved them all dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Everhart and son, Michael Everhart. Margaret is survived by her children, Jane (Kenneth) Hartong and Tom (Luanne) Everhart; grandchildren, Debbie (Sean) Badger, Kelly (Tim) Schwendiman, Jamie (Mike) Rohr, Mindy (Matt) Demyan and 10 great-grandchildren. The family would like to give thanks to Margo Drozda for being Margaret's companion and caregiver. Private Services will be held for the family with burial at Canal Fulton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Stark County Humane Society or Trinity United Church of Christ.
